These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Lit Travel’s services, website and travel planning support. By using our services, you agree to the terms set out below.
2. Quotes and availability
All quotes are subject to availability at the time of booking. Prices may change due to airline pricing, supplier availability, exchange rate movement, taxes, fuel levies or any changes made by third-party service providers.
3. Bookings and payment
A booking is only confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been received and confirmation has been issued. Payment deadlines provided by airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines or tour operators must be met to secure travel arrangements.
4. Travel documentation
Clients are responsible for ensuring that passports, visas, vaccination records, consent documents for minors and any other required travel documents are valid and available before travel. Lit Travel may provide guidance, but final responsibility remains with the traveller.
5. Changes and cancellations
Changes or cancellations may result in fees charged by airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise operators, tour companies or other suppliers. Lit Travel may also charge an administrative fee where additional work is required to process amendments or cancellations.
6. Supplier responsibility
Lit Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers. Flights, accommodation, tours, transfers, cruises and other travel services are provided by third parties and remain subject to those suppliers’ own terms, conditions and operating policies.
7. Travel insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travellers. Appropriate cover should include cancellation, medical emergencies, personal belongings and travel disruption where relevant.
8. Limitation of liability
Lit Travel will use reasonable care and skill in providing travel planning services. However, we are not liable for loss, delay, injury, damage, expense or inconvenience caused by third-party suppliers, weather, force majeure events, political disruption, transport delays or any event outside our reasonable control.

10. Governing law
